The Al Wasl Season Pass is your all-access ticket to the full season of celebrations at Al Wasl Plaza, valid from 31 October 2025 - 2 May 2026. It gives you unlimited entry to most events under the iconic Al Wasl Dome with added benefits.
You will receive your physical Season Pass in a folder that includes all details about your pass and benefits, along with a lanyard and one exclusive Al Wasl Season enamel pin.

No. Each Season Pass is registered to one person and cannot be transferred or shared.

Yes. The Season Pass is available to both UAE residents and international visitors.
No. The Season Pass is valid only for Al Wasl Season events under the Dome. Other Expo City Dubai attractions (such as museums or pavilions) require separate tickets, available on the Expo City Dubai website
With a Season Pass, you can access all included events without extra booking.
With a VIP Pass, Carols by Candlelight and Hai Ramadan are included in the pass but require pre-booking. Use the promo code provided by Platinumlist (these will be shared closer to the event ticket release date) to reserve your spot at no extra cost.

No. Upgrades from a Season Pass to a VIP Season Pass are not available. Each pass type is sold separately, with its own inclusions and benefits.
Your physical VIP Pass will be waiting for you from 31 October onwards.
- Non-event days: Collect your badge from the Al Wasl Season Lounge on the Ground Floor of Al Wasl 1 Building, Expo City Dubai, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
- Event days: Badges can be collected at the dedicated event ticket booth on Al Wasl Avenue.
- Please bring your Emirates ID to collect the pass.
• Season Pass holders can park at the ‘A Alif’ Expo City Parking.
• VIP Season Pass holders enjoy the same parking access plus complimentary valet service at Cheval Maison Hotel, Expo City Dubai
