The event will take place at the Connect Conference Center, Expo City Dubai Parking and drop-off arrangements will be communicated to registered participants by email during the week prior to the programme.

- Timings: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (both days) Participants are expected to attend both days in full.
The programme is designed for students aged 8–12. No prior knowledge or experience is required.
All participants must complete the online registration form at least 48 hours before the event. This ensures smooth check-in and allows lunch orders to be confirmed.
Students will work in mixed teams (boys and girls) across both days, taking part in hands-on workshops, robotics challenges, and creative design tasks. They will: - Explore exoplanet discovery and space engineering - Build and code robots for missions - Design and present a vision for a sustainable settlement on Earth 2.0 - Work closely with space experts and astronauts
Yes! At least one veteran NASA astronaut will be present for the full two days, working closely with each group to support, mentor, and inspire participants.
- A ticket with lunch option is available (meal choice can be pre-ordered during registration).
- Participants without a lunch ticket should bring a packed lunch.
- Students will not be permitted to leave the venue during the day.
Parents/guardians are welcome to join the awards presentation at the end of the second day, but we kindly ask that they do not remain in the venue during the programme to minimise distractions.

Yes, all participants will receive an official certificate of participation at the closing ceremony.
No, participants should arrange their own transportation to and from the venue.
Participants will be supervised at all times by experienced educators, facilitators, and astronauts.
Yes, parts of the programme may be photographed or filmed for Expo City Dubai’s educational and promotional purposes. Parents can indicate consent preferences in the registration form.
The programme is designed as a two-day journey, and teamwork activities build from Day 1 into Day 2. For the best experience, attendance on both days is required.
