Modules include:

• Finding Purpose & Building Confidence – Clarify motivations, embrace leadership mindset, overcome self-limiting beliefs, reframe career break as a strength, and use tools like positive self-talk, micro-wins, and visualisation

• Personal Branding & Profile Building – Reflect on past experiences, align skills with market demands, optimise LinkedIn and CV, and craft a compelling personal story

• Career Development & Navigation – Understand corporate trends, explore in-demand roles, identify skill gaps, and strategically network

• First 90 Days Success Strategy – Plan a smooth transition, integrate into teams, navigate workplace culture, manage commitments, and prepare for early performance reviews

An in-depth hybrid accelerator for 20 selected participants, combining expert-led workshops, mentorship, and networking to support a confident transition into the workforce.
